Important: Terms and conditions for Detention Service Officer (DSO) and Detention Service Manager (DSM) roles are in accordance with the Secure Journeys Immigration Services Greenfields Enterprise Agreement 2025, which has been agreed and signed by all parties including the United Workers Union and Union of Christmas Island Workers. The agreement has been submitted to the Fair Work Commission but has not yet been approved. This means there may be slight changes by way of an Undertaking. Should this be the case, details will be distributed accordingly.
